ChIPUtils

ChIPUtils is an R package that contains many functions used for exploratory analysis of ChIP-seq and ChIP-exo data.

It includes some commonly used quality control measures:

• PCR bottleneck coefficient (PBC)
• Strand cross-correlation (SCC)
